Gain Weight and Build Muscle

Hi, I’m nearly 19 and been trying to bulk up for around a year and a half but nothing seems to work, I’ve tried protein drinks eating differently. My strength has increased but not much in size and its starting to get me down as all my training has got me no where. Please help. Luke Davis.

Wait, wait a minute here. Your training has done nothing for you? Let’s see, you eat healthy, you exercise and keep your body in good shape and your strength has increased. Not bad at all if you ask me, you should be proud of your efforts.

As for gaining weight and building muscle, have you read How to Gain Muscle? It is not a comprehensive guide by any means, but it should get you started in the right direction.

If you are looking for a structured diet and exercise program that can help you gain weight and build muscle, I would recommend Mario Lopez’s Knockout Fitness or Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle, either program will do.
