Gabrielle Reece and Food and Fitness

Gabrielle Reece knows a lot about how to lose weight, how to exercise properly, and what to eat to stay in shape. In a recent interview, she has shared her thoughts on these subjects. Here is what she had to say:
How do you avoid injuries? I always tell people to work hard, but not be in pain. People have to be in tune with their bodies.
What do you eat on a daily basis? Usually before I train I do a heavy smoothie with protein powder, and a banana with almond milk because it makes it creamy. I throw in some frozen fruit, and maybe some protein powder – just as long as you get a good serving of fruits and vegetables.
What foods do you stay away from? I usually try to stay away from [white foods]. If I do eat something white, it is going to be cheese.
Would you ever consider getting plastic surgery? You know, I think it’s so easy to say when you are at a certain age that you would never – never say never. [via]
