Fuego 01

Have you heard the news? Grilling just went glam. Out of San Francisco comes the sleek Fuego 01 ($2,500 and up), outfitted with teak and slate countertops that act as food prep and serving areas.
Unlike other grills on the market, this one effortlessly switches from gas to charcoal to infrared heating methods.
Available through high-end kitchen showrooms, the Fuego can also be equipped with an electronic control panel containing a grill-temperature indicator and programmable timer.
“If you’re drinking wine and chatting up friends,” acknowledges Robert Brunner, chief industrial designer at Fuego, “you often forget to flip the fish.” Consider that problem solved. [source: C Style]
