Free Weight Loss Tip: Leave the Gym

Leave the gym (and possibly your gut) behind. Have 20 minutes? Of course you do; put down the chips, walk away from the clicker, and find a patch of lawn.
According to Men’s Fitness advisor, these simple exercise routines can help you lose weight and burn fat.
Pushup sprints. Do a single pushup, then sprint 30 yards. Drop for two pushups. Sprint back to the start and nock out three pushups. Continue until you have completed 10 consecutive pushups. Do this only once.
Hollow sprints. Sprint 20 yards, then lunge-walk back. Complete three laps. Rest 2 minutes and go again.
