Free Cofee: Starbucks

Free Cofee from StarbucksWater is the most popular beverage throughout the world. Not that I have anything against water, but let’s face it, it takes the first place by default.

We cannot live without it, so it does not really need to compete against other beverages. Not fair.

Tea is the second most popular beverage in the world and for good reasons. The benefits of tea are numerous. Latest research suggests that drinking tea may fight stress and promote relaxation. Its second-place ranking is well-deserved.

A coffee bean looks small and unassuming. It seems insignificant. But there is a lot to like about coffee. It revs up metabolism, has no carbs, and helps improve cognitive function.

Most important of all, coffee is almost single-handedly responsible for the well-being of the American economy.

Think about this for a second: What do you think would happen one day, if for whatever reason millions of Americans do not get their hands on a morning cup of Joe?

The productivity would sink faster than you can say “Titanic”; that is what would happen. That is my theory and I am stickin’ to it (grin).

So when my spies (thanks JK and Peter) informed me that on March 15, 2007, Starbucks will be giving away a large cup of coffee, I thought you might want to know about it. Enjoy!
