Foods High in Fiber: Gnu Foods High Fiber Bars
I have been a big fan of foods high in fiber for, well, longer than I care to remember.

But what about other sources of fiber such as Gnu Foods Flavor & Fiber bars? As you probably already know, eating an energy bar can make you feel more victimized than victorious: The vitamin taste hardly merits the sizeable fat and calories.
Gnu high fiber bars, however (pronounced “new”), contain 12 grams of fiber, fewer than 150 calories, and just a few natural ingredients.
The bars, which come in four flavors, were created in 2004 as a less-revolting alternative to fiber supplements like Metamucil, but were soon co-opted by those whose only mission was to enjoy a snack other than carrots or pathetically portioned-out almonds.
The New York City office is devoutly responsive to customers – they’ve filled a request for a brownie-flavored bar, know many of their best clients by name, and started a delivery program.
“It still isn’t enough for some people,” says a spokeswoman. “They want to stop by our offices and pick more up before the month is out.” Gnu fans, relax – the company would prefer to ship to you. [via]
