Fergie’s Weight Loss Plan

Famous for her sculpted body and six-pack abs, Fergie’s weight gain of 13 pounds was a bit unexpected, but she is going to do something about it.
Fergie’s weight loss plan Now, Fergie wants to lose weight and is determined not to let the holiday season deter her. “I’ll try to get creative,” says Fergie, who plans to stick to turkey breast and salad on Thanksgiving and cut back on sweets. “I might have one piece of pumpkin pie, but not four!”
She also plans to go back on Diet Designs, her favorite food delivery service. The portion-controlled plan includes low-fat muffins, homemade soups, lobster salad and grilled fish.
Fergie’s weight loss exercise plan She has jumped back into exercise, too. “I’m really out of shape because I didn’t work out for two months,” she reveals. “I’m starting to do hikes and working muscles that I haven’t worked in a while!” [via]
