The Bliss Fat Girl Six Pack – useful or not? Is the Bliss FatGirlSixPack a joke? Does the the Bliss FatGirlSixPack actually work? Do you need to use the Bliss FatGirlSixPack to have visible abs? Firs of all, the name sounds ironic, don’t you think? I mean, I do not know about you, but when I think about fat girls – not that they cross my mind often, or ever, for that matter – six-pack-abs is not something that immediately comes to mind. Wait, it does not come to mind at all.
Second, isn’t it a common knowledge that people who have visible abs work to, well, have visible abs. What do they do? Their overall body fat percentage is low, around 10 percent. They follow a very good diet and they exercise regularly. If you really want your abs to pop, you need to go below 10 percent body fat, which is not an easy thing to do. And no, do not believe the hype, low-carbing and using clenbuterol is not a guarantee that you will be able to achieve a very low body fat percentage. In fact, using the latter might put you in a hospital. The list of good carbohydrates might help, however, but I digress.
That having been said, the Bliss FatGirlSixPack does contain interesting ingredients that supposedly help tone and firm your midsection such as caffeine, creatine, amino acids, and some other stuff. Whether or not this thing works remains to be seen. I have not tried it yet, but if you have, let me know what you think about it in the comments section of this post.
