Fat Burners and Metformin

I am not a doctor, so I cannot tell you if it is okay to take a fat burner with metformin. Ask your doctor about it. That said, I can tell you that I do not think it is a good idea to take fat burners, even if you are not taking metformin.
It is not that I have beef with fat burners, well, actually I do – the problem is that they do not work. If losing weight would be as easy as taking diet pills, we would not have so many overweight people.
