What is the fastest way to lose 50 pounds? I really need to find the fastest way to lose 50 pounds because I’m 24 going on 25, I’m 5’5″ and I weigh about 180 lbs. I was really skinny growing up but over the last 4 years I just blew up. I came from 115 lbs. to 180 lbs. It is very fraustrating because some of my old friends don’t recognize me when they see me or when they do they embarrass me calling ugly and fat in public. It really bothers me and I tried diets after diets supplements and all but no results. I’m still fat. Honestly I don’t exercise because I’m not motivated to do it by myself. I have no friends or family that can exercise with me. They’re all healthy and skinny. I want to lose about 45 lbs. and I need help to find the easiest way to do this without excercising so please help me.
