Fast Food Diet: Cold Cuts = Stomach Cancer

Do you remember Al Fresco Chicken Sausages? There are many reasons to stock up on them, one being an absence of any artificial ingredients, namely, nitrites.

In animal models, nitrites have been shown to become potent carcinogens, and now some scientists theorize that they could cause stomach cancer in humans.
