Exercise Without Exercising

Exercise Without Exercising

Exercise without exercising – huh? Is it possible to exercise without exercising? It sounds like an oxymoron. I mean, it is hardly a secret that you do not need to lift weights or do an intensive cardio to lose weight in one month, but the idea of getting fit without actually doing any real work just sounds preposterous.

Some would say that you cannot really exercise without exercising. Others would argue that it is certainly possible to exercise without exercising, but it can only be done with very special exercise equipment. What kind of exercise equipment? Here is a list of exercise equipment that helps harness your laziness.

Skechers Shape Ups (or Trim Treads) – why do you need to do barbell squats when you can just walk around in funky shoes that supposedly could help you sculpt your legs and lose weight? Lots of people swear by them, but I am obviously skeptical.

Luxury Hypoxi L250 – it is a perfect marriage between a bike and a bed. What can be better than peddling in a horizontal position? I would probably last about 5 minutes before falling asleep.

Hula Chair – apparently, all I need to do to strengthen my core muscles is to rotate my lazy buns while seating in a chair behind a desk. Sounds great to me! Wait, can I burn more calories by closing my eyes and rotating as fast as possible? I hope so because I do not see any other solution that comes this close to what can be described as an almost perfect “laxercise.”

Power Plate – let’s face it, movement is so overrated. Why move at all when you can just stand on a vibrating platform and let the “vibration training” do all the work. Goodbye cellulite, it was nice knowing you.
