Who is behind Eva Longoria Parker’s diet and how has she lost weight? “She works out with her personal trainer, Aimet Victoria, three times a week,” says her rep. And she “is on a strict diet right now,” the rep adds.

She likes it because it’s very easy to eat healthy, since it’s pre-prepared, but she also loves vegetables and fish.” Every meal on the Sunfare Signature program consists of 30 percent lean protein, 40 percent whole wheat carbs and 30 percent monounsaturated fats.

Afternoon snack Vanilla yogurt.

Dinner Fresh salmon marinated in a ginger-citrus sauce and grilled. Served with sautéed asparagus and fresh green salad.

Evening snack Apples slices with cheese or peanut butter.
