Eva La Rue’s workout is creative and effective. What is so special about Eva La Rue‘s workout? Eva La Rue’s workout is different. It is not groundbreaking or anything like that, but just like with her approach to figuring out which diet works best for her, Eva has found a way to find an exercise program she can comfortably follow.

“I started adding weights back into my routine, and that really helped me lose weight quickly,” says Eva, who used to stick to yoga and Pilates. “I do cardio and weights [on average three days a week], and I always stick in a Pilates class somewhere,” says Evan.

In essence, Eva La Rue’s workout is a combination of weight training, cardio, and exercise routines that focus on flexibility and static holds. Most women do either Pilates or yoga, to Eva’s credit she has realized that while yoga and Pilates are great, working with weights is the missing piece of the puzzle.

If your goal is to lose weight, you have to do weights. You do not necessarily need cardio; in fact, I think that cardio exercises (except walking) are counterproductive because they tend to waste muscles. Weightlifting, on the other hand, preserves your muscle mass and makes you stronger.
