Estelle Fanta Swaray Diet

Estelle Fanta Swaray Diet

Estelle Fanta Swaray’s diet (or Estelle’s diet, since she is mostly known as Estelle) is a bit confusing. The signer has been following a high-protein, low-carb diet for a couple of months, or so she claims. So let’s take a look at Estelle’s diet, is it really high in protein and low in carbs?

Here is a sample of Estelle Fanta Swaray’s diet:

Breakfast (about 485 calories) Estelle’s breakfast starts with Cheerios with condensed milk and water. “I always get a refill of condensed milk,” she says. Estelle orders the essentials (like salad greens) from FreshDirect when she is not on the road. She does not drink coffee but does have a strawberry-banana smoothie, which is fine, but her breakfast is not high in protein and low in carbohydrates.

Lunch (about 140 calories) Estelle’s lunch is pretty light: grilled chicken and steamed veggies like broccoli and asparagus. She drinks Crystal Light beverages in flavors like cherry pomegranate and raspberry lemonade. “I’m a water drinker, but Crystal Light makes it taste better,” she says. “I drink more and keep hydrated.”

Dinner (about 400 calories) “My mom loves to cook really big meals,” says Estelle. “Sometimes I don’t remember to eat lunch, and then I have a really big dinner.” So she chows down on a big piece of broiled red snapper, lots of vegetables and a slice of whole wheat bread. As for dessert, she says, “I used to love chocolate cake, but now I eat sorbet.”

Snacks (about 40 calories) “My new thing is popcorn instead of sweets,” says Estelle, who eats the snack (sans butter) twice a day. “I make my own in the microwave or eat kettle corn.”

All in all, Estelle Fanta Swaray’s diet is pretty good. Her lunch is perfect. Her dinner is almost perfect. Her breakfast is a disaster. The snacks are okay. That said, Estelle does have a sweet tooth. “I am the cupcake queen,” says Estelle, who splurges on a roughly 500-calorie red-velvet treat at her favorite NYC cupcake shops. “And I grew up on English chocolate,” she adds.

There is nothing wrong with eating cupcakes once in a while. And chocolate (if it is a dark chocolate low in sugar) is really good for you, but she is dieting for a reason. I do not know what that reason is. I am guessing it is not because she was overindulging in grilled chicken with steamed vegetables. [via]
