Speaking of Hasselbeck’s weight loss, the 5-foot-5 Elisabeth, 32, has lost 20 pounds she gained while pregnant with daughter Grace, 4, and Son Taylor, 20 months, in a few months.

So, is Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s perfect? No, Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s workout is far from perfection, but at least she tries hard to make the best of it. Here is how she does it:

When she does cardio, “I wear a heart monitor and keep my heart rate under 140 beats per minute at all times,” she says. How does she deal with her cravings for chocolate or guacamole? “I will definitely allow myself splurge moments!” she says.
