First, there was Ed Westwick’s weight gain, now we have Ed Westwick’s weight loss. But Ed Westwick’s weight loss is hardly inspirational. Why? Because Ed Westwick’s weight loss seems to be based on, well, never mind, let me just say that doing 100 sit-ups does not give you a flat stomach and six-pack abs.

What do I mean by this? His friend claims that Ed wants six-pack abs, and to accomplish this goal he is doing 100 sit-ups multiple times a day, which means that Ed Westwick’s weight-loss effort is doomed to fail, except the opposite is true.

Ed has already lost 20 pounds, but I doubt sit-ups have anything to do with that. The friend also said that Ed is paying a close attention to his eating habits, and has cut back on drinking.

Now we talking, he has lost weight because of his diet, which makes total sense. He can do sit-ups all day, but without a good diet he would not have lost the weight. The proper diet is key. [source: Star]

    You do know that the “I want a 6pack and I’m doing 100 sit up” is just a bs rumor.

    Ed has said a lot a times that he doesn’t practice any sport (apart from European football, but he stop playing since he left England). Who cares if he doesn’t have a 6-pack.

    He’s a talented and very sexy actor.
