Easy Weight Loss Tip: cooking is not an excuse to sabotage your diet.
Problem:
Cooking is a problem time for you. Whenever you stir the pot, you take a taste. And when you set out the cheese and crackers, it is one for the tray and one for the mouth. You have been known to bake brownies and eat them all yourself.
Solutions:
1) Allow yourself only one taste, then get someone else to stir the pot
2) Bake on a full stomach so you will not be tempted
