		<description>This sounded great &#039;til I read more about the study.  Seems like all they were saying is for dieters who were only drinking four cups of water a day, adding a couple more cups helped their metabolism a little.

Seems like people drinking only four cups a day of water are a little dehydrated already.  I thought maybe this applied to people already getting a normal amount of water.  (I grew up hearing you were supposed to get 8 cups, or 64 ounces, so that&#039;s what I usually aim for).

I guess it&#039;s a good reminder not to dehydrate yourself, but it wasn&#039;t quite the Good News I was hoping for.</description>
