Drew Carey‘s diet is awesome. In fact, Drew Carey’s low-carb diet is probably one of the best diets in the world. Why? Because if you want to lose a lot of weight, Drew Carey’s diet is an example of how much weight one can lose without starving yourself. But the question is: Can you use Drew Carey’s diet to lose weight in 3 weeks? Can you use Drew Carey’s diet program to lose 20 pounds in 1 month?

Frankly, I do not know. Without knowing details about your particular situation, it is impossible to say whether or not you will be able to lose weight on somebody else’s diet. And it is even harder to predict whether or not you will be able to lose a specific amount of weight in a predetermined amount of time.

Having said that, Drew Carey’s diet is probably capable of helping most people lose a relatively significant amount of weight in a relatively short time, but you need to keep in mind that Drew Carey’s diet is controversial. Why? Because he has lost weight on a low-carb diet, and low-carb diets have always been controversial.

Drew Carey’s low-carb diet deconstructed Two words: Sugar detox. He does not claim that he has been on a sugar detox, but he has been following a rather strict low-carb diet, which is very similar to doing the sugar detox. He drinks only water, no soda, tea of coffee of any kind. And, of course, no carbs of any kind, shape or form – well, he does snack on fruit (presumably high-fiber berries or something similar, but that is about it).
