Does Diet Coffee work? Can Diet Coffee help you lose weight? I love coffee, and I do not have anything against dieting, but Diet Coffee sounds confusing. According to the ad above, Diet Coffee can help you control your weight, stimulate your metabolism, reduce appetite, increase energy, and even help you deal with stress.

Sounds familiar? It does to me. Remember the Cactus Diet? So, can Diet Coffee really do all those things? I doubt it. Just because a coffee contains a bunch supplements does not mean that it is an effective weight-loss aid.

Besides, if Diet Coffee works, why does it have a disclaimer that basically says that you need to follow a portion-controlled diet? Oh, and you also need to exercise. Maybe because to lose weight you need to, wait for it, diet and exercise. What a huge surprise! Not!

Of course, if you diet and exercise, you will lose weight – so, why would we need Diet Coffee in the first place? Oh, that’s right, we do not.
