I do not know; it is not easy to tell whether or not someone like Demi Lovato is cutting again or if she is a cutter to begin with. Why not? Because pictures could be misleading and because real cutters usually hide this self-mutilation habit pretty well. Why would she want everyone in the world to see that she has a problem? It does not make a lot of sense.
