What do you do for exercise now? I meet with my trainer, Steve Bauer, once or twice a week, and we do fun, fat-burning things, like running up and down the stairs at the UCLA stadium, swimming and tennis workouts with drills. I also exercise on my own doing cardio, dance or yoga.
Are you one of those people who likes to work out? Working out clears my head, but the amazing thing about learning to eat healthily is that I do not need the gym for weight loss now.
