Danica Patrick’s workout is designed to keep her in top shape. In order for Patrick to maintain her endurance and strength, she works out every day. While Danica Patrick’s workout is not fancy or complicated, it seems to be working for her.
During the season, Danica Patrick’s workout gets intense – she runs for at least one hour every day, but she loves to run, so it is not a problem for her. I hate running, I would never run for that long, let alone every day.
In addition to running, Danica Patrick’s workout includes exercises that focus on her whole body in general, and specifically on making her back, shoulders and forearms strong. If you think that she is taking it easy in the off-season, she does not. When she is not racing, Danica Patrick’s workout is not as intense, but she still exercises regularly (with her personal trainer) to stay in top shape.
