What’s you diet like?

I try not to eat after 7 p.m. In the morning, I’ll have coffee, and I might have a low-fat, whole wheat muffin.

For lunch, I’ll have a salad. In between, if I’m hungry, I’ll have Myoplex Lite bars.

For dinner, I’ll have chicken or fish with vegetables. We have craft services [on the show] so I’ll cheat with peanut M&M’s and sour gummy worms. [source: OK!]
