Cut Carbs for a Healthier Heart

Banishing your gut improves more than just your appearance. The real reward is a healthier heart. Fortunately, cutting your carbohydrate intake by just a third will help you lose fat while significantly lowering your triglyceride level, a key predictor of heart disease.
