Does Conquer the Fat-Loss Code crack, well, the fat-loss code? Does the fat-loss code even exist? I have heard about the DNA code and The Da Vinchi Code, but I have never heard about the fat-loss code. Besides, Conquer the Fat-Loss Code seems to be a sequel to Wendy Chant’s previous book, Crack the Fat-Loss Code, which is confusing. If they code has already been cracked, why would you need to conquer it?

Conquer the Fat-Loss Code claims that you can reprogram your metabolism if you know how your body’s 72-48-hour response pattern of eating works. Apparently, it is possible to use something called macropatterring to manipulate your energy stores, which, according to Conquer the Fat-Loss Code, helps you lose weight and keep it off. Is it just me or “macropatterring” sounds as equally confusing as “cleansing at a cellular level” described in Detox 4 Women? I am hope I am missing something.

If you do not like the fat-burning cardio or this workout, Conquer the Fat-Loss Code provides an exercise program for optimal fat loss. In addition, the book describes how your body responds to what you eat, and the steps you can take that can probably boost your metabolism. But in my opinion, the most valuable piece in Conquer the Fat-Loss Code is its attention to cheat days and how they can be used to help you lose weight. The book also includes recipes and weekly success planners.
