Is Colin Farrell skinny or is he ripped? Do you like him before or after his weight loss? Colin Farrell’s weight loss is estimated to be around 36 pounds, but the 5-foot-10 Farrell has an excuse: He lost weight for a role as a wartime photo journalist in the upcoming film Triage.
