Regardless of what you might have heard about Coco Austin’s plastic surgery, it has very little, if anything, to do with the way she looks.
Coco Austin’s weight is where it is now because she follows a good diet. No amount of exercise or plastic surgery can keep your weight under control if your diet is out of control, but I digress. My assumption is that if you ask her about the hex bar deadlift vs. straight bar deadlift thingy, she would not know which lift is better for you, and yet when it comes to barbell squats, it seems that she knows exactly what she is doing.
The proof is the pudding. And by pudding I mean her derriere. She does a number of different exercises to stay in shape, but doing barbell squats in high hills is priceless. It is her signature exercise. Incidentally, many professional athletes think that a barbell squat is the best overall exercise. I am not sure I agree with that. If I could only do one exercise, I would choose a barbell deadlift, not squats, but any woman who is into barbell squats automatically gets my respect.
