I do not believe Clenbuterol can help you lose 20 pounds in a week. In fact, I do not know of any drugs, including those that are actually designed for weight loss, which would make this possible.

Clebuterol’s side effects are similar to other strong stimulants, and are closely matched by Ephedra. Clenbuterol can cause health problems, such as heart palpitations, abnormal heart rhythms and tremors.

Another problem with Clenbuterol is the fact that it builds up quickly in the body. If you do not know how to cycle it, after initial weight loss, you can start gaining weight.

While some may argue that for fat loss Clenbuterol is more effective than Ephedra, at this time, it is a moot point. Why? Although Ephedra used to be sold over-the-counter, FDA has banned its use and sale - it is now illegal in U.S.
