Chuck Liddell: The Iceman
Chuck Liddell is known as The Iceman in the ring, but his fiancée, Erin Wilson, says that when the gloves come off, the dad of two (from previous relationships) is “the biggest softie.”
Indeed, his June 11 proposal in Paris left her in tears. “It took her about eight hours to get the words out to say yes,” says The Iceman. “She was crying when I started talking.” Also impressive: the 3-carat solitaire sparkler he presented to Wilson. “He did such a great job,” she says.
