Christine Aguilera: Diet and Workout

Christine Aguilera Diet and Workout

Continued from Christine Aguilera’s Weight Loss.

Christine Aguilera’s diet Christina claims that her weight-loss diet consists of nothing but protein, vegetables and whole grains six for six days a week. It sounds like a perfect diet to me, but do you believe her? Does she really eat that clean or does she correct her food choices with laser liposuction? Nah, I believe her, I do not think she has ever used Smart Lipo or anything of that nature.

But Christina does cheat. Yep, she is a cheater! – which is a good thing in this case – because you cannot eat vegetables, wholes grains and protein seven days a week for a long time. Christina cheats on her diet, on Sundays she splurges on her favorites, think chili cheese fries.

Christina’s daily calorie intake? Keep in mind that she is breastfeeding, so she needs at least 500 additional calories daily to produce all that milk. She gobbles up an estimated 1,770 calories a day and here is a sample day in Christine Aguilera’s diet:

Breakfast Scramble eggs, a whole-wheat English muffin with PB&J.

Snack Fruit.

Lunch Tuna sandwich on whole-wheat bread.

Snack Cheddar or string cheese.

Dinner Chicken or fish with a large salad.

Okay, so Christina’s diet is pretty boring but what about her workout? Does she do something exciting in the gym? Not exactly, but her personal trainer, Tee Sorge, does a pretty good job with her, minus totally unnecessary and way, waaay overrated abdominal crunches. Yes, they are truly useless.

Christine Aguilera’s workout He works out with Christina for 90 minutes, 5 days a week and here is their routine:

Cardio 40 minutes of intervals on either the treadmill or elliptical.

Toning For 40 minutes, Aguilera does strength-training – which Sorge changes every session to prevent plateaus – like biceps curls, chest presses, pushups and lunges (three sets of 8 to 12 reps), finishing with 300 different abs exercises such as crunches.
