Is Chris Noth fat? Is Chris Noth fat or is he overweight? Is Chris Noth fat or is he clinically obese? He is not clinically obese. Some would say that he is fat. Some would say that he is not fat. By today’s standards, given the fact that a lot of men are overweight, his weight might be considered normal, but given what we know about Chris Noth’s weight gain, he seems to be overweight.
The question is, however, assuming he is overweight, is it a big problem for somebody like him? Does he need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? I think even if he knows how to lose 20 pounds fast he should not try to lose 20 pounds in 2 months, but in my opinion he does need to lose about 20 pounds. What is wrong with trying to lose 20 pounds as quickly as possible? Even if he is successful, it is not a right thing to do.
Why not? Because people who lose weight, and more importantly, keep the lost weight off permanently, do so at a moderate pace. Losing a lot of weight quickly does not give you an opportunity to learn about how weight loss works and why you are losing weight. Losing weight slowly, on the other hand, gives your body enough time to adjust to your new eating habits, and it gives you plenty of time to see if your new eating habits are a good fit your lifestyle.
