Ridiculous weight loss and detox claims aside, the ChocoPerfection could be a perfect addition to your diet. It contains an impressive amount of fiber (14 grams) and is sweetened with Erythritol, which I often recommend as a sugar substitute.
But it is not a calorie-free food, one serving (1 bar) contains 197 calories. Enjoy in moderation!
