Who would have thought that chef Thomas Keller holds In-N-Out burger in high regard? After all, Keller is a world famous chef known for a number of masterpieces – French Laundry and Bouchon – that have perfected an uncanny ability to make you pay virtually any amount of money for a privilege to dine there.
Recently, chef Thomas Keller said that he respects a company that is not a follower, a company that does not just bend under pressure to follow the “what is next, what is new” trend, or some other fad. He praised In-N-Out for its simplicity and quality and the fact that even fast food can and should be admired when it is done with integrity and excellence.
