Cellulite Help: Sleep without Panties
Need some help with your cellulite? Who does not, right? No, I am not going to tell you about some new procedure which is better than old and or new lipo.
And it is not about some supplement or a new diet that promises to reduce cellulite if you just eat dehydrated banana peels or some other nonsense.
Cellulite help is here. Yep, all you need to do is sleep without panties. According to Lionel Bissoon, author of The Cellulite Cure, sidestepping dimples on the thighs and rear could be as easy as ditching underwear at bedtime.
The panties’ snug-fitting elastic inhibits the natural drainage of toxins through the lymphatic system. This results in a dimple-inducing buildup of fluid and fat. Better bedtime options: a nightgown or loose-fitting sleep shorts.
I am skeptical of the above claim, but please try it and let me know if you have noticed a difference in your cellulite appearance.
