Some diet experts claim that you can get rid of cellulite by following a specific diet, the anti-cellulite diet for example.
I don’t really agree with their assertions, but if you believe that cellulite and diet are closely related, here are some tips you may find useful.
Drinking water supposedly helps flush the system of cellulite-causing toxins. Gulping at least 64 to 96 ounces a day will keep the body hydrated – and cleansed.
Go organic with fruits and veggies free of pesticides, insecticides and preservatives. These toxins are allegedly absorbed by fat cells and stored as cellulite.
Increase vitamin D intake to 2,000 units per day. The vitamin (found in milk and sunlight) stimulates collagen production and may help restore elasticity to the skin.
