Celebrity Weight Loss Diet

Is there such a thing as a celebrity weight-loss diet? Yes, of course, a celebrity weight-loss diet is a diet that a celebrity uses to lose weight, but most of these diets have not been designed for celebrities.
When it comes to celebrity weight-loss diets, some are better than others, but most of them are terrible. Wait, let me clarify that, the diets themselves are not bad at all, but certain celebrities give dieting a bad name when they take a perfectly good diet and butcher it.
What am I talking about? Here are some examples:
Jaime King, 29, admits to doing a liquid fast for a month. “I’m doing a juice cleanse,” she says. “I just drink vegetable juices and coconut water.”
Many in Hollywood reportedly resort to Adderall. Prescribed for ADHD, it is a stimulant that boosts your metabolism and quells your appetite. And do not even get me started on the use of clenbuterol.
Some A-list stars are rumored to stay slim by eating two 50-calorie jars of baby food and one regular meal a day.
Just like with fashion, Katie Holmes, 30, may have been inspired by Victoria Beckham to follow a 900-calorie-a-day diet of edamame beans and seaweed.
When desperate to drop pounds, stars like Kate Hudson, 29, and Katrina Bowden, 20, will reportedly hit the gym on a daily basis for hours at a time.
Forget the cabbage soup diet, celebrities have an even more restrictive plan up their sleeves – the boiled egg diet, in which one eats just one meal a day with two boiled eggs. [via]
