Celebrity Diet Tips: Vanessa Minnillo

In a recent interview with OK! magazine, Vanessa Minnillo has revealed a few celebrity diet tips that you may find useful.
Do you watch what you eat at Christmas? The holiday season is about hibernating and eating as much as you can; I love not worrying about that during the holidays. I couldn’t imagine not having my grandmother’s mashed potatoes with gravy because I was trying to watch my figure.
What are your diet tricks? I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older that things are taking a little longer to burn off. We had burritos for lunch today so I switched out the white tortilla for a wheat tortilla, and I have brown rice instead of white rice. Instead of soda, I’ll drink water.
But I could never imagine drastically changing my eating habits. I’d rather just work out more, because I love food. The older you get, the harder you have to work for it. I’ve always tried to be conscious of it, but I can’t imagine not having a beer at the end of the day. [source: OK!]
