Michelle Obama’s arms and Michelle Obama’s workout have generated a lot of attention lately, but frankly, I do not understand why. Her arms look okay, nothing special. She does hammer curls and triceps pushdowns, which are pretty good exercises, but to get real results, you need to do two things: you should follow a very good diet and spend more time exercising.
