It prescribes a 14-day diet plan which is based on three meals a day plus snacks. It is a good eating plan because it spreads out your daily calorie intake throughout the day, which is a good strategy to keep hunger at bay.

Perfect Weight AmericaBefore I say anything else, let me get something out of the way: There is no such thing as a perfect weight. Sorry folks. A perfect weight is largely a myth.

So when I came across the title Perfect Weight America, I thought this book is talking about a perfect weight for a burger or a steak, which incidentally is about 7 oz. for the latter, in my opinion.

So what is Perfect Weight America: Change Your Diet, Change Your Life, Change Your World all about?

It is a diet program that tries to be more than just a diet program – which may cause some readers lose focus from the main premise of the book, i.e., help people lose weight – which in addition to telling you how to lose weight, focuses on mental, emotional, and spiritual health. (more…)
