It prescribes a 14-day diet plan which is based on three meals a day plus snacks. It is a good eating plan because it spreads out your daily calorie intake throughout the day, which is a good strategy to keep hunger at bay.
You are not allowed to eat simple carbohydrates (think white flour, refined sugar, and anything with high-fructose corn syrup). Products that contain trans fats and an excess amount of saturated fat are not allowed either. (more…)
