Lose 20 Pounds Fast
Hi im 14 and im overweight. i play soccer competitively and practice 3 times a week usually 3-4 hours plus hs training twice a week for 2 1/2 hours. i need to lose at least 10-20 pounds because it is holding me back. i like to eat sugary foods and often have to eat on the run because of my intense schedule. i need either a workout plan and/or diet advice to lose those extra pounds in 3-5 weeks. can anyone give me a site, or recommend some one to me? I do not think you need a workout plan. You play soccer, which is a great cardio workout. (more…)
