Oh Please Carrie. Obviously you workout. Your legs are ripped. She probably has a personal trainer who works her out and gives her a special diet plan. I would hate to be that short because it is very hard to stay thin when you are short. I am really tall and its even kind of hard for me. My friend who is short struggles with it all the time. Im glad im tall LOL. plus i got long legs. Looking good carrie keep it up! I think your doing a bit more than running around on stage haha.

And to melvin! She doesn't write down everything she eats! First off, she doesn't have the time. Second, she doesn't even have a trainer, so we know right there that she's not obessed with her weight! She's made really healthy lifestyle changes, and she should be rewarded and acknowledged for that, not belittled or made to feel scrutinized!

And to michelle, yes that weight is fine for your height! But don't go based on what other ppl think. We don't know your body type or composition, so it's really not our place to say. You are the one who has to live with your body, and if you are comfortable and confident in ur body the way it is now, then rock it. But if u want to tone up or even lose a pound or two, then don't listen to ppl when they try to put u down, bc they will. You do what feels right and what is ultimately best for you

I'm 5'2 and I'm currently 120. My goal weight is 105-110. Ppl tell me that I'm fine, and that im small, but I have a lot of fat that surrounds my muscles! Carrie was the same way. She wasn't bad the way she was before, but when u start eating healthy (vegetarian), running around on stage, and exercising to keep your endurance up, you are naturally going to thin out. She is not too thin...look at her, she's ripped and her bone structure is naturally small. I think she looks amazing and I think she's a great role model for all of us!

I understand what Melvin is thinking, it could become an obsession if you write everything you eat down all the time. Some people write it down when they are initally dieting or even on weight watchers you keep track of points. Many people do need to keep a total in their minds or they will over do it. I dont think its a problem as long as you are using it to manage what you eat and not to expell certain food groups. But regarding her weight I dont think she's too thin. She looks great. Lots of people fluctuate a bit also and as long as she is at that weight because of exercise and eating balanced meals there's no harm in it.

Actually John Sylvia,
for every inch over five feet a person should add 5 pounds. For example, If you are 5'3 (as carrie is), you should weigh around 115 lbs. So she is in the bottom of her healthy range. If a person who is 5'6 weighs around 110 I would be worried. Of course for every person there are variations. Someone who is 5'5 may have a very small bone structure but someone who is 5'3 could have a larger bone structure and they both could weigh the same. It is a matter of each individual body having completely different shapes and frames.

5'4 110 is about 10 lbs heavier than she should be. 110 is an ideal weight for someone who is 5'6".
