Anything new in your exercise routine? I still see my personal trainer three times a week. I do upper arm exercises with him and we go walking. Our walks last between 45 minutes to an hour, up hills now. He’s been challenging me more.

Stop putting yourself down! You can either be your own worst enemy or you can be responsible for your own success. You choose.
Stay away from processed foods, which tend to contain chemicals.
Plan snacks ahead of time so you don’t find yourself hungry and reaching for junk.
Whatever you do, don’t say “diet.” Consider new eating programs as a way of life, not a diet.
If you crave something, “chew it and spit it out,” says Carnie. At least you don’t feel deprived that way.
