Capri Sun Juice
Is Capri Sun’s juice better for you than, say, a watermelon juice? Is Capri Sun’s juice equals a full serving of fruit? Capri Sun juice seems to think so. In fact, the Capri Sun’s juice ad claims the following:
“Guess which serving of fruit they’ll [the kids] think is cooler. Both are 100% natural. Both are a full serving of fruit. But only one comes in a pouch that screams fun.”
Right, but the question is: What else does Capri Sun juice scream? Compared to an apple, Capri Sun juice screams that it is missing fiber, 4.4 grams of fiber in fact, it is also higher in total carbohydrates and sugar than an apple, not to mention other micronutrients that are found in fruits.
