Hello, I am an 18 year old male and have lost in almost 6-7 months almost 25kgs. I now weight 80kg and I am 180cm in length. Unfortunately, I have loose skin around my thighs, my chest and my abdominal area. I have been working out for almost 11 months now and although I gain muscle and I am toning up, but I am sick of the diet and the slow improvement.
