How do you keep healthy?

I work out, I drink lots of water, I eat healthy, I try to get as much sleep as I can. I love life, I live life, I love to be active. I just live my life; I’m a very simple person.

Why do you love working out?

It’s a major part of keeping my sanity. I have a personal trainer three times a week — that’s my one celebrity indulgence. I’m really lazy and I need somebody to tell me what to do or I don’t do it.

Have you always been active?

I grew up playing outside, not playing video games. It was about going out on your bike and playing with kids in the neighborhood until it was time to go home.

Do you diet?

No, I love my food. I eat burgers, whatever. Don’t get a bowl of french fries near me. What I do is have a half order. I’m the leftover queen. I love leftovers. I don’t throw food away. Ever.

Would you ever consider plastic surgery?

Urrrrgh! To go under the knife, that’s sick. I had to have work on my nose [for a deviated septum] but I would never do anything else. When I see women who have had plastic surgery, I find it unnerving. I don’t want to look like that. [via]
