Calories in Veggies

There are not many calories in veggies. You just do not need to worry about counting calories in veggies at all, but skimping on veggies is not healthy, especially when you are trying to lose weight.
Skimping on veggies: You have fruits and vegetables available, but how many do you actually eat every day? Most of us think we eat more produce than we really do.
Solution: Make eating vegetables and fruits a daily priority. They are naturally filling and low in calories but high in important nutrients. Include two colorful vegetables and/or fruits at every meal and eat at least one for a snack.
