Burn Off Calories
How much effort does it take for a 35-year-old woman who is 5’7 and weighs approximately 144 pounds to burn off calories? Of course it all depends on how many calories we are talking about, so let’s take a look at some examples.
Here is what it takes to burn off calories from some cheese-derived products.
Two tablespoons of cream cheese contain about 70 calories. To burn it off, a woman would have to jog for 4 minutes.
Eight ounces of low-fat cottage cheese (about 200 calories). To burn it off, a woman would have to jog for about 12 minutes.
One grilled cheese sandwich (about 670 calories), who does not like one of those? To burn off calories from that bad boy, a woman would have to jog for about 76 minutes.

eight ounces of cottage cheese ( 200 calories and jog for 12 minutes...) multiply that by 3 and its ( 600 calories and 36minutes ) so why are the 670 calories from the grilled cheese76 minutes of jogging?

While I concur with your concept of needing to do more exercise than most people realize to burn off the calories in foods, your numbers are too low. Running a mile is about 100 calories. Use that and the values are more realistic.
