Brooke Hogan Workout and Diet

Brooke Hogan’s weight loss is on a light side, she has only lost 10 pounds, but hey, 10 pounds is 10 pounds. She claims that she has also toned up, but I do not see that. She still looks soft; her midsection and legs need a lot more work. I have a feeling that this is just a beginning, I bet Brooke is planning to lose more weight, probably at least 10 more pounds.
Brooke Hogan’s diet Brooke’s diet is pretty sound. She eats small meals throughout the day and does not forget to snack on healthy stuff between the meals. Some of her favorites include fruit and almonds, tuna with low-fat mayo, grapes and walnuts and salad.
Brooke claims that she does not eat regularly late at night, but sometimes she does, minus the carbs. When she is trying to lose weight, she completely eliminates refined sugar and any kind of bread from her diet, which is a good weight-loss strategy.

How can you say Brooke “Still Needs Some Work?” Losing ten pounds is a great achievement, especially if you manage to do it HEALTHILY. Suggesting Brooke should loose more weight, when she is already FIT and FABULOUS is absolutely ridiculous! Read the article- she feels comfortable in her very FIRM body. Obviously, she should not gain back the weight, but merely manage to maintain this current weight with a healthy diet and workouts each day. We do NOT need another Lindsay Lohan or Tori Spelling in Hollywood. Love ya, Brooke… I would be happy with that body, you should be too!
